Shuaijiao: The Mongol Way

This course will build a strong foundation in the art of Shuaijiao (Chinese wrestling), the way that it’s done by the Inner Mongolians. A blend of both Shuaijiao and Bokh, the course will cover techniques, solo drills, partner drills, gripping, concepts, counters and be an introduction to Inner Mongolian Bokh which will be a course offered in the future. It will also offer you no jacket (nogi) variations for grapplers of other styles to quickly understand how to transfer over and apply the material learned. Welcome to Shuaijiao the Mongol way.
